About the Role
We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who’s eager to build high-quality, reliable software across our mobile and web products. You’ll work closely with a small, cross-functional team—helping shape both architecture and user experience across the stack.
This role is remote and full time.

Tech Stack
- Frontend: (React Native) and web experience (React + NextJS)
- Backend: NodeJS + Express
- Data layer: Postgres + Postgis
Should Have
- Several years of professional software development experience
- Strong skills in React, React Native, NodeJS, and TypeScript
- Experience with AWS infrastructure and CI/CD workflows
- Product focused mindset – ability to understand business needs and translate that to technical requirements.
- Ability to translate designs (Figma) to working software
- Experience with AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and LLMs
Bonus Experience
- Native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development
- SEO or web-to-app conversion optimization
- Prior experience in outdoor or recreation-related products
